Systematic Reviews: searching the literature

This course will provide a brief outline of the systematic review process, with a focus on hands-on literature searching, including different search methods for a range of bibliographic databases.

What you can expect to learn:-

•What is a systematic review?;

•Key features of the systematic review process;

•Building your search strategy (identifying key terms and synonyms);

•Literature search techniques (using free-text, controlled vocabulary, field codes);

•Managing your results.
