Hypnosis for Exam Success: How to take control with hypnosis
Exam stress and anxiety are normal processes but sometimes they can be overwhelming and may prevent you from accomplishing your goals. This hypnosis taster session will help you learn how to take more control over your anxiety and prepare for success in those exams. Transferable skills for future anxiety management will also be covered. Join us in a relaxed environment to learn more about hypnosis and its benefits.
