Writing the Dissertation: the Introduction and Conclusion In-Person
Although this session is aimed at postgraduate taught students, postgraduate research students are also welcome to attend.
This workshop provides guidance on writing the introduction and conclusion for a master’s dissertation or extended piece of writing. Whilst often overlooked in the context of the whole dissertation, this session emphasises the importance of both chapters and how they work together to frame the dissertation. In particular, the session focuses on how to structure both chapters. This is part of the Library’s ‘Writing the Dissertation’ series. See this page for more workshops in the series.
